| Allan Kaufman was born in Chester, Pennsylvania, the United States of America. After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University, he began his teaching career in the public schools of Florida and Maryland. He completed his MA Degree at the University of Maryland and then went on to receive his PhD at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
Dr. Kaufman continued his teaching at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia where he authored four books on solar energy and technology. He retired in 2002 and was awarded the title of Associate Professor Emeritus. Dr. Kaufman enjoys travelling and collecting antiques. He currently resides in Norfolk, Virginia USA. |
