Meet Alexander DuPont, the charismatic Oxford-educated, lawyer turned private investigator who is charged with looking into two unsolved mysteries at a University and thus, protecting its reputation. And whilst he is on campus making his enquiries, a third incident occurs - one of the female students is found murdered.

The Fatal Tuesday by Soorun Beeraje is a tense murder mystery with a series of complex sub plots which have at their centre, the very attractive Private Investigator. The mysteries are all linked and cleverly entwine together in real whodunit style, with the perpetrators remaining unknown until the last pages of the book are turned. The backdrop of the University is diverse and allows the author to develop credible personalities which all add to the drama of the tale.

Intriguing and compelling, The Fatal Tuesday will keep the reader's interest with a clever and complicated plot, well drawn characters and more than a little hint of romantic interest.
