Thank you to everyone who entered.
Congratulations to our four winners Andrew Rigley, Maya Russell, Shaun Parker and Eileen Moore. Who were asked to describe a defining moment of their life
For those who didn't win, you can buy All In A Lifetime HERE
Andrew Rigley: Instead of helping, instead of leaning down and listening for breath, or sticking my finger in his neck, I just stand. Staring. Thinking.
I'm thinking, Shit, my younger brother could actually die before me.
I didn't know that could happen.
Maya Russell: The birth of my daughter was a life defining moment – no longer childless and with a responsibility so HUGE is was scary. But along with this came joy, lots of love and laughter.
Shaun Parker: A milk bottle came through the window and smashed against the wall. His ex-wife set against my mother. I retaliated with my Beano annual. No effect. The man told my mom to leave. She gashed his throat with a razor. Cut her wrists in the kitchen. Christmas Eve 1966!
Eileen Moore: When I looked into his eyes my heart missed a beat. Such love had been inconceivable to me until now. I sensed the danger; this person before me had absolute power over me. I would give my life for him, as I had given him his life; my only son.
