Barbara Lancaster-Williams

Spending her working career in primary and secondary schools, Barbara Lancaster-Williams helped young people cultivate a desire to read, write and be creative. Along with spending many hours reading with her own children, she realised she had an aspiration to write and illustrate books of her own. Her family has always been at the centre of her life and over the years, this included many pets. Taking inspiration from her experiences, Barbara has embarked on creating stories for the young based on her daughter's five pet ferrets.
