Carly Read

Carly Read is a national newspaper journalist for the Daily Express and Daily Star and psychological thriller The Secrets of Lullaby Cottage is her first novel. She has written articles for the The Sun, Daily Mirror and Cosmopolitan while running Flash Features, which provides real life features to UK women’s magazines Take a Break, Real People, Chat, Love It and Pick Me Up. She is currently working on her second book, The Wrong Child, which sees a couple learn their daughter has fallen victim to a sinister kidnap plot. Carly lives in Hampshire with her partner and studied at the University of Southampton.
