Dr J. J. Flaherty

Dr J.J.Flaherty is a General Practitioner in Newcastle, Australia. Being a first-time parent is hard and some of his happiest moments have been reading to his little girl and getting a smile out of a clever rhyme or an inspired illustration. He wants to create colourful, light-hearted books inspired by some of the earliest childhood medical experiences and concepts. He is in a unique position at this time in his life. During the day, his mind is consumed by clinical medicine, while in the evening, life is playful, colourful and filled with books.
