This book is designed to fully prepare and equip the student with the necessary learning tools in the English language required for his/her secondary education journey. Special emphasis is placed on vocabulary, grammar, memory, tenses, and punctuation with a view of moulding and shaping students with the perfect understanding of the Queen’s language from the British perspective. In this regard each topic in this interesting book is purposefully laid out for the student to read carefully before answering questions at the end; knowing the meanings of certain selected words, filling in missing words and being tested on summarisation of topic. In short, this book is the ultimate medium in testing a student’s comprehensive capabilities going forward.

As a book written for secondary school students, this book is a masterpiece. Nuro tackles the intricacies of the English language syntax meticulously to cater for those students to whom English is a first language to them but often used incorrectly, and for students to whom English is a second or third language. It is my informed opinion that this book will greatly benefit those high school students that gain access to this book. EJ
