Paul Moon studied Fuel Engineering at Leeds University and commenced work at North Thames Gas as a Graduate Personnel Trainee. He retrained in Personnel Management and became a Fellow of the Charted Institute of Personnel and Development at the comparatively young age of 39. He worked for Westminster, Eastleigh and New Forest Councils before becoming a self-employed consultant for 15 years. He worked in a number of different sectors, principally in the Training and Development field.
