Nina Rankin lives in Nottingham with her husband, two cats and a dog, Wilson. She has taught in primary schools for the last 25 years and recently, gave up full time teaching to start her writing career. She still works in Nottingham schools--part time. Nina is an avid reader, sings in a choir and does parkrun regularly to keep fit. Her mischievous goldendoodle, Wilson, is the inspiration for this book.
