Diana Baleanu, the Author of ‘Against the Odds’ is invited by Talk Radio Europe for an interview. Diana plans to talk about her book and her inspirations for becoming an author. It will be a great opportunity to catch up on a detailed introduction to her book. ‘Against the Odds’ is an autobiography and memoir in which the author has very bravely shared significant events from her life which influenced and shaped her as a person. A dark tale of oppression, cruelty and affliction by feared dictator Ceausescu’s cruel government and secret service. In the era of 1970s and 1980s, Diana lived in a communist Romania, when suddenly her diplomat father absconds to West. In the darkest of times what fate had for her? Diana Baleanu is now a resident of England, with her husband and two daughters.She feels passionate about her career as a teacher. She was born in Bucharest, Romania. As a young girl, she faced horrific hardships which she narrates in her book.
