A book signing session will be hosted by Jacqueline Derbyshire for her book, The Roadside Fairies, at The Cheshire Cheese in Wallasey. The author will mark her presence on 2nd October 2021 from 12 pm till 3 pm. Do not miss out on the interactive session with our incredible author.   The Roadside Fairies is a story about magical beings who live on the side of the road. When woodland people are hurt or sick, the Roadside Fairies come to their aid. However, since the vehicles' smoke and noise are hazardous for these delicate creatures, the construction of roads forces them to change their habitat. These fairies' younger generation is very much interested in learning black magic by obtaining the "Book of Elders." Clover is in charge of safeguarding the sacred text. She has always loved to write, but she wasn’t be able to start unless the year 2020 arrived. The lockdown allowed her the opportunity to settle down and write. The end outcome is right in front of us in the form of this fascinating children's book.
