Bampa’s Bedtime Stories Gets Reviewed by The Next Best Thing to Mummy

Our author Bampa’s book Bampa’s Bedtime Stories gets reviewed by an online blog website, The Next Best Thing to Mummy. While telling her personal preference, the website owner, Karen Dennis states, “The first story with just six pages is my favourite as who doesn’t believe in fairies at the bottom of the garden?”

Bampa’s Bedtime Stories is a compilation of amended tales, Bampa wrote almost 40 years ago for his children. The book is aimed for children and includes three different stories such as ‘Fairies’, ‘Judgement Day’ and ‘The Enchanted Stories’ in the form of rhyming couplets. The book is beautifully illustrated by the author’s daughter, Katie Willis.

Bampa started to write some 40 years ago when he made bedtime stories for his children. Soon, he came to know that turning these stories into poems came to him naturally. He considered publishing after pressure from his wife and daughter, Katie, his greatest fans other than his granddaughters.
