Last weekend, Amanda Kehoe went to Newbridge Library to read her delightful new book 'TJ and his Wheelable Chair', a charming children's story about TJ, a child suffering from Cerebal Palsy.
TJ cannot walk or talk, but he still loves to listen and play with his friends.
