Renowned writer Brenda Guiton gave a delightful review on Stephen Ainley’s latest book, Dennis Bisskit and the Basset Hound from Beacon’s Bottom, on 13^th March 2020 on Goodreads. The book is about two detectives Bisskit and Blackshaw, and their series of escapades in cracking cases for their clients. The story unfolds as they were hired by the Lady Ophelia Babbington-Perch, to protect her dog. Things ended up getting more complicated than before. The author was born in the UK. He served in the British Airborne before he moved to Australia. He has written many short stories, but this is his first attempt at writing a novel.
