Steve Taylor was invited by Grovelands School to discuss his book, titled The Rainbow Gang. The school hosted Taylor for a reading and a question and answer session where children were allowed to ask the author questions related to the book and generally about being a children’s author.

Rainbow Gang is a thrilling children's book plotted in a secret underground world controlled by elves. The elf world is being bothered by another world below it, controlled by giants. Brothers, Charlie and Freddie White, joined by friends, encounter one adventure after another while coming across giant underground animals. The gang eventually meets up with another gang, and the two forge a life-long friendship.

This is Steve Taylor’s first book. He lives in Surrey with his wife Monica. He has four grown-up children and grandchildren who live in the vicinity. Being semi-retired, Steve likes to travel with his wife and partakes in carpentry and upholstering antique chairs as a hobby.
