Sam Galliford to Attend His Book Signing Event in Saltburn-by-the-Sea

Austin Macauley’s amazing author, Sam Galliford will be attending his book signing event at The Book Corner, Saltburn-by-the-Sea, on 7th March 2020 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Get a chance to meet the author of Skyfire and get a signed copy of the book.  Skyfire is a contemporary read with an old lady who dreams that a Zeppelin is shot down above her childhood village in the course of world war I. The lady’s grandnephew informs her about his young female friend who got raped and was murdered. The old lady tries to resolve the complexities of the situation, however, concludes that her grandnephew is not safe. Author Sam Galliford, a scientist by profession, has published more than two hundred research papers. He has also given several presentations in conferences on chemical pathology and biochemistry. Skyfire is his first attempt at novel writing.

Author Michael Pawlowski to Attend a Commemoration Ceremony at St. Catharines Public Library

Author of a brilliant history book, Michael Pawlowski, will be attending a commemoration ceremony at the 80th Anniversary of the Mass Deportation of Polish Residents to Soviet Gulags. The ceremony will be hosted by St. Catharines Public Library, Ontario. The event will begin at 7 pm on 27th February 2020. It is a great opportunity for the residents of Ontario to pay their respect to the Polish residents and meet the author.  Cassino, Conquest of the Mountain by Michael Pawlowski is about the Nazis invasion of Poland. The book documents how 14-year-old Bernard Pawlowski survives the brutality of the concentration camp. He later joins up with Polish forces in the Middle East to take some revenge on Nazis. It a great read for those interested to know the Polish experience of WWII. Author Michael Pawlowski graduated from the University of Toronto. He has worked in the legal and insurance profession. He is a profound member of various acclaimed legal organisations. He was motivated to write Cassino, Conquest of the Mountain by the obligation to tell ‘the rest of the story’.

Author R H Young to Attend His Book Signing Event at Bookbuster, Hastings

Author R H Young’s book signing event will be taking place on 22nd February between 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Bookbuster, Hastings. The author will be talking about his novel Dhanmondi Road where he will be sharing his experiences in Bangladesh in 1973 while living & working in Bangladesh. In his book, Young discusses the chaos, Bangladesh faced after the Bangladesh War of Independence. He also talks about the young Australian named Gareth. Gareth was dealing in a project set up to care for destitute children.  How Gareth while working on his project, shows progress towards increasing self-knowledge and awareness on his journey. A letter from Dubai holds some mystery. R H Young lived in England since the 1990s with his partner in East Sussex. He has a background in social work and university lectureship. Dhanmondi Road is his first novel.
