Wrong Items Received

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. If you require an exchange, you must first notify us and then return the incorrect item within 14 days of receipt. A replacement will only be issued once the original item has been returned. Please note that if the item is not returned within the specified time, we reserve the right to charge for the replacement. However, if you wish to keep the incorrect item, we may discuss a partial refund

Returns at Austin Macauley Publishers

Our returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was delivered to you in error or is damaged. We recommend using a traceable shipping service for returns and if we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection at your expense. Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund, including the standard shipping charge for the item.
