Sqn Ldr Stuart Ager

Sqn Ldr Stuart Ager attended Loughborough University, majoring in Mathematics and PE and graduating with a First (Hons). He represented the RAF in Athletics and Basket Ball until earning his Wings in 1969. He flew fighter aircraft and the Buccaneer before working at the UK MoD, where he served as a guest speaker for the MoD at international symposia.


After joining GEC Avionics and the GEC Management College, he transitioned to become a software company CEO. Finally, through his own company, he provided consultancy, training and mentoring for senior executives. Qualified in several psychometric tools, he combined commercial disciplines with psychological insights to improve relationships and deliver results.
