Hanaa Ali holds a First-Class degree in Computer Science and has built a successful career in the technology industry, with over 10 years of experience. Her passion for coding began at a young age and has remained at the heart of her work. Having overcome a serious heart condition as a child, Hanaa uses storytelling to share a powerful message: that anything is possible, even in the face of illness. She hopes to inspire children facing serious illnesses to believe in their dreams, no matter the challenges they may face.
Shabana Ali, co-author and Hanaa’s sister, brings more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education and supporting children with additional needs. She holds a degree in Health and Social Care and has dedicated her career to helping children learn, grow and thrive. As a mother of two girls, Shabana brings warmth, empathy and a deep understanding of children to the story.
