Darcey Mae Brooks

Darcey Mae Brooks is a young author with a zest for adventure, whose passion for open water swimming began the minute she immigrated to Australia as a child. From there, whilst she dealt with all of life’s challenges, the only constant in her life was the ocean. She now combines the two, competing in marathon swimming events whilst raising funds and awareness for the Telethon Kids Institute’s cancer research centre, in memory of her best friend Charlie, forever 6.
