Ashleigh Harrison lives in Cape Town, South Africa, and is a certified naturopathic nutritionist and Pilates instructor, as well as an NLP practitioner and Reiki Level II healer.
Her own nine-year journey with generalised anxiety disorder inspired her to combine evidence-based nutrition, mindful movement, and holistic wellness practices to support women in restoring balance to their bodies and minds.
Drawing on her background in both nutrition and wellness, she focuses on empowering women to nurture and strengthen their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and feel truly happy and at home in themselves.
