Colin Sherwood started work in the Entomology section of the Zoology Department at Glasgow University. Moving to Strathclyde and Southampton Universities, subsequently with Shell Agrochemicals, working on the non-target invertebrates. He has always had a passion for science, mostly in the physical environment, the stars, the universe, geography, geology and particularly fossils. His main interest is in natural history. He is the go-to person for friends and relatives who come across an invertebrate and would like it identified.
