Carey Goodall KC is a barrister, fundraiser, father of two and devoted husband to Margaret Goodall, to whom this book is dedicated. Over a 40-year legal career, he has acted in cases ranging from Native Title and construction disputes to immigration law.
Carey is a former state junior footballer, a recreational fisherman, amateur cyclist and an alleged singer. Following Margaret’s diagnosis with younger-onset dementia in 2017, Carey became an active supporter of Dementia Australia, hosting fundraising events and advocating for greater awareness and support for carers and families.
