Katie Hanlon has lived on the South Coast of Devon all her life, and discovered her passion for writing at nine years old. She became a carer for her mother at age thirteen, which became one of the main reasons for Katie to start writing poetry. Now at age twenty-two, she has released her first poetry book to share her experiences.
