From a life that was so full of crime,

to one where I just speak in rhyme.

For years, I’m in and out of jail.

My life forever off the rail.

I used the very worst of drugs

till Jesus, at my heartstring, tugs.

He filled me with the Holy Ghost

and it’s him I speak about the most.

He’s taught me very well indeed,

so now, in people I plant seed.

I see them change just like me,

with God’s gift of eternity.
