Margaret L. Thompson

Margaret was born in 1939, in Birmingham, UK. She started school at four-and-a-half and finished at sixteen-and-a-half to begin a mediocre secretarial career. At twenty she married and became a full time home-maker. Eight years and three children later, the family immigrated to Tasmania, where another two children were born. She and her husband fostered a number of children before being blessed in 1985 with the first of sixteen grandchildren. That is when the writing began. She hopes to continue writing for a few more years.
