Monnye Julia Mogotsi-Mabulele is a mother of two, a South African woman from Soweto, Dobsonville, and is a first time author of My Best Testimonies. She attained a Public Relations diploma and BTech at Unisa. Julia acquired a Postgraduate Certificate in Education at the University of South Africa (UNISA), an Honours in Educational Leadership and Management at UJ, and has recently achieved an online Master’s in Educational Management at the University of Johannesburg.
