Lawrie Moore lives in a quiet area of Kent. Retired for some years, her interests range from walking, gardening, reading and currently fiction writing. Now relaxing at home she has travelled widely in the past to many parts of the globe. Some of her ideas for the novel have been sourced from her visits to former Communist countries such as Russia and the eastern European countries, once the satellite states of the Soviet Union.
