Kevin O’Connor is a former UK government civil servant who has represented the British government in official business across a range of government departments in the UK and abroad in the US, Europe and China. His strong background in management and policy enabled him to bring authenticity to the conduct of official business and the role of bureaucracy enacted in the plot of his first novel, The Other World and Its Quest for Equilibrium. Kevin now works as an accredited UK psychotherapist and has brought to bear his psychological insights to lend substance and depth to the characters in the book.
