Diana Parsons

Diana Parsons has lived in Yorkshire all her life, and has a longstanding interest in the county, its people and their activities. Since reading history at the University of Leeds and obtaining a research degree for a thesis on Quakers in Yorkshire she has written two books and numerous articles on other regional topics. She has also revived and presided over a local history society, acted as historical adviser to a local heritage centre and was closely involved in the regeneration of two local churches.
