PJs always enjoyed coming up with crazy ideas and when his daughter was born 10 years ago, he finally found a very rewarding outlet for this creativity. PJ would spend most of his bedtimes coming up with voices, characters and stories that made her laugh. He always thought about writing these stories down but never seemed to have the time. Then, one day on the half-hour walk to school, she asked him, “Daddy, I wonder how squirrels and all their forest friends celebrate Christmas?” A very entertaining discussion ensued, and the result was the story of Chrisslenut Day. He has a great many picture book ideas and would love to see them come to life.
