Preeti Kaur
Preeti Kaur is a survivor, mother, and advocate for women reclaiming their voices, strength, and self-worth after adversity.
Her debut memoir, Broken to Unbreakable, is a deeply personal account of resilience, courage, and transformation. Through sharing her story, Preeti explores themes of identity, family, survival, healing, and the journey to reclaim a life on her own terms.
Raised within a culture where silence and stigma often keep difficult experiences hidden, she chose to break that silence and speak her truth. Once taught to stay quiet in order to survive, she spent years rebuilding her confidence, finding her voice, and creating a future defined not by her past, but by her strength.
Today, she lives a peaceful life with her son, surrounded by a close circle of trusted friends. Stronger, wiser, and grounded in her truth, she continues to grow in her work, in motherhood, and in her purpose. Through her writing, she hopes to inspire others to recognise their worth, trust their instincts, and believe that no matter what they have endured, their past does not have to define their future.
Broken to Unbreakable is her first book.
