With a career steeped in people management and retail, Malcolm has honed his skills in understanding the intricacies of human experience. He began his professional journey at the age of 16, joining Woolco’s department store in Bournemouth, and has since worked across the UK, including a prestigious role as centre manager at the NEW O2 arena in London. His move to Ireland in 2018 marked a new chapter, yet his wealth of knowledge and experience continues to benefit businesses and individuals alike.


Now, Malcolm channels his expertise and passion into poetry, weaving together the threads of his real-life experiences with the poignant narratives of those lost aboard the Titanic.
