Luke was born in Essex and now lives in London. Helping others is what makes him happiest. This is Luke’s debut book. It was inspired from his extensive research into the mind, body and spirit of humans. He wanted to make a profound change to the way he perceived the world. On his journey of self-awareness, he realised there was something that worked best for him. Simply not taking things too seriously, and so the book was born.

Being an overthinker this books helps me massively when having a bad day! It reassures me that I am not the only one who feels a certain way. It is very comical & the illusions are beautiful too, definitely recommend this book!

Easy to read with delightful illustrations and helpful ways to make your life less stressful. This book helps to remind you how to live more at the moment and puts into perspective daily anxieties that we could take more lightly.
Due to its friendly tone and hints of comedy the book is great for lunchtime to read or just something to dip into when you find life all gets a bit much.
