Gaia Ierace was born in the charming seaside town of San Benedetto del Tronto in the Marche region, Italy. She studied Modern Languages at University College London. Gaia continued her linguistic studies and obtained a PhD in Applied Linguistics at Birmingham University. She loves researching language and writing novels, short stories and children’s stories. In her free time, Gaia loves reading and travelling. She is also very fond of children and pets. This story is dedicated to her beloved dog, Millo, a clever and affectionate pinscher who has been a joy for the whole family for many years.
