I bought this book to help a colleague with her own personal struggles when caring for a loved one. As a manager I have found this book to be inspirational and offers some very good advice on ways of dealing with issues faced by my colleagues. It not only associates with caring and helping others but it also helped me with personal struggles which I faced. I would recommend this book to managers and individuals alike.
