What a great book, A Guide to Success Substitute Teaching. It's full of all kinds of important and useful (practical) information. I like that! And it's motivational too because it provides a thorough understanding of substitute teaching and makes you feel like "I can do that."

I received a copy of the book several weeks ago, and finally had a chance to sit down and take my time in reading it. The book is very helpful, and easy to understand what Dr. McAfee was trying to achieve in his many years of experience of teaching. I recommend that anyone that is just starting out, or are currently in the substitute teaching early stages of trying to gain the experience and knowledge in pursuing a 10 year, this book will guide you on the right path to success.

Great book, even though I am not an educator I found this book to be easy to read, and it gave so great tools for Substitute Teachers. It gave step by step instructions for someone just entering into the teaching realm.
It tells you what to look for, excellent advise on preparation before and after you enter the classroom.
