A Tasty Adventure

Grandma Jax is a sprightly, skateboard riding, ex stock car racing grandmother. Pipi Georgia is a 7-year-old girl who, due to unusual family circumstances, lives with an unpleasant, grumpy aunt.When Grandma Jax and Pipi Georgia meet by chance, a special friendship develops and Grandma Jax arranges for Pipi Georgia to live with her. One day, while picnicking by the river, they discover a mysterious envelope in a strange place, which leads them into an unusual adventure as they try to work out the puzzle of the red envelope and claim a most unusual prize.

Jax Gooding was born in Christchurch, New Zealand. She trained and worked as a nurse in England for many years before returning to New Zealand after the birth of her first son. She currently lives in Taupo with her husband John, while all but one of their children (and grandchildren) live in England and Australia.
