Annabelle and Gwendolyn

Annabelle and Gwendolyn are the daughters of Lord and Lady Waverley, custodians of Dagwold Castle. Their lives will be altered by the arrival of young men whose orders are to form a fighting unit in order to oppose those forces that would try to bring down the royal house. No sooner is civil unrest resolved than opportunist invaders target Dagwold. With their own home under threat, the sisters must join the fight to save all that is precious to them.

Patrick J Wilmore was born in Worcestershire and grew up in Pershore. He studied Biological Sciences at the University of East Anglia and has a PhD. He then became a research assistant in the Department of Genetics at Swansea University.

He left Swansea to take up a post teaching biology at Abingdon School in Oxfordshire. He retired in 2009. His interests include golf, model building and walking. Patrick lives in Wantage, Oxfordshire.
