Book Description

It is absolutely remarkable that a person should think, act, love, and reflect the likeness of God so naturally. This very exclamation said it all: “I was living with an angel, and I did not know it!” How can a seemingly mere mortal display so perfectly so many divine attributes? In fact, the humanity of Wendy Boussougou, née Jackson, is a very rare phenomenon. It was a privilege to bear witness to the fact that she was in the world, yet not from this world, and thus to live to tell Wendy’s life story, which transcends all cultural barriers in a breathtaking ride from infancy to adulthood. This book rightly ascribes the characteristics of deity to Wendy.

Sosthène Boussougou is a British entrepreneur, author and teacher, originally from Gabon, a French-speaking country situated on the Equator.

As an entrepreneur and family man, he has co-founded Voice of Hope (the charity), with his late wife, Wendy Jane Boussougou, née Jackson, to maximise students’ chances of success in education. He has set up a new translation and interpretation company, namely, DRSOSTRANSLATIONS. He is working on a ubiquitous business idea that is yet to be revealed.

Moreover, he has authored The Theory of Languages, The Impact of French on the African Vernacular Languages with Cambridge Scholar Publishing, and a memoir titled As God Is, So Is She to honour and perpetuate the memory of one of the greatest human beings, of whom there are very few, ever to walk the face of the earth, and grace it by her mere light-inducing presence.

Furthermore, he has taught English, French and Spanish in primary and secondary education and worked as a part-time lecturer in French at the University College Isle of Man (UCM).
