Jacqueline has been a nurse for 30 years and is a mum who wishes to encourage healthy eating in children. She would like to play a small part in helping to deliver the healthy eating message at the earliest stage.

She hopes to be able to help influence the next generation by raising awareness and educating them about diet in a fun and engaging way. Jacqueline loves the outdoors, exploring nature and going on walking adventures with her family.
