Cookie the Vegan Cat

Cookie is not a happy cat. She’s different to all the other cats on Catsville island, who don’t treat her nicely.
What is she going to do about it? Where will she go? Will she be OK?
Why can’t cats be vegan, she wants to know!

Madeleine is a primary school teacher who has lived abroad since 2003: in Portugal for 10 years, Madrid and now Valencia. She currently works as a Montessori teacher, and enjoys spending time with her children and adopting animals.
Cookie, who only has three legs, was the first cat she adopted. This gave her the inspiration to write about animals who are different.
She loves reading and writing, learning languages and exploring beautiful Spain. Her dream would be to buy a house with a garden and adopt more animals.
