This book offers the 21st-century master skill to heal our restless, overloaded and confused minds. What is the power to become the change we seek? What is the capacity to respond creatively and successfully to the increasing challenges and changes of today and tomorrow’s world, while remaining rooted in a healthy, meaningful and empowered state?

Together with the greatest souls that ever walked upon this earth, we enter our mind its power that affects everything we do, feel, think and become; we enter the power that is the ground of our knowing, being and doing. This power is the precious source from which we operate, the ground of human growth, mental health and genuine well-being.

We learn to lead ourselves from living in a fraction to the fullness of what we are. We learn to experience our deepest humanness – the intimate, unbroken flow of life and awareness. Beyond all our self-imposed barriers and limitations lies the change we seek, the breath-taking beauty of our highest possibility – the wings we were born with.

D. V. Patrick, M.D., travelled as psychologist, researcher, lecturer and author around the world to observe and study the vulnerabilities and possibilities of mental well-being.

His project, Mission Human Innovation, teaches us the valuable skills to create and maintain a healthy mind in a healthy body during the highly challenging and deeply disruptive times we face.

He created the Triple Art of Awareness as a blueprint to live with eight billion vulnerable bodies with precious minds on a breathtakingly beautiful but extremely fragile planet.

I’m an avid reader and so is D.V. Patrick. In the grand tradition of Peter Matthiesen, Patrick takes us with him on a tour through his wisdom, through India, through science, through silence and through yourself. He takes us on a walk with great humans of past and present, their thoughts and actions, their philosophy and silence. If you are looking for answers, this book will show you where to look, how to look, when to look but not what to look for. WYSIWYG, so it is yours to see. This book is not about getting, it is about seeing. If you are looking for answers, all the questions are in this book.

Not an easy book, not a step by step, but an invitation to experience, to become open to seeing, feeling, calming down and become exhilarated and active. Both, instantaneously and always. Entering is not a book to read once, it’s a book to ponder, think about, get lost in and to accompany you on your own path. Not a GPS, a compass.

A powerful and aspirational read. The vivid and enlightening prose will captivate readers and leave them reflecting on their lives and the changes they can make for a better, more fulfilled life. A compelling and thought-provoking narrative.

  • Els Verheije, Natural Health Care, Embodied Psychological Support, Specialized in Meditative Methods and Yoga Therapy/ Nidra

I recommend this inspirational book as a foundation for opening and looking within and finally see the world from a different angle. Historical wise masters are involved in this story where there is almost no story, except going for a walk, in the movement for meeting. Just to remember the beauty all around us, always accessible, available, and so many times forgotten.

As Patrick beautifully and step by step explains, we are in search for entering a meaningful perspective that expresses ourselves authentically. The clearer we become, the more we ‘enter’, the less problems we make out of what once where big problems. In whatever way you will enter a deeper state of being, beyond the mind, you will never want to return, and behave the way you did before.

  • Wouter van Noort, Journalist NRC, Future Affairs, Transcend, The Netherlands

What I find so interesting, is that it seems as if introspection and empirical science are two routes to the same truth. What evokes remarkably interesting questions about the nature of consciousness.

  • Gina De Groote, Changemaker, Newsmaker, Community builder We Are the Change

How to become the change we seek? Is a universal question that becomes completely clear in this brand-new book. The author takes us to a new perspective on our confused minds. Each of us can live life as it is meant to live. All information is substantiated by neuro-scientific research. It is brought as a story, what makes it very attractive and accessible.
