Would the actions of someone born nearly two hundred years ago affect the lives of those today? Writer Ellie Fuller was about to find out as she sifted through the journals, letters and keepsakes of Liza Marchant, and as she wrote, she began to sense all the magic of a bygone age.

Was Liza the scarlet woman that she had been labelled or was she someone who had many twists and turns in her life, one who subsequently became an inspiration to those around her and continued to do so from beyond the grave?

Ellie begins to see her, feel her and even smell her, and she becomes quite unnerved by the experience, but when her brother Eddy has the same dreams, they both know that they must lay Liza to rest by accurately piecing together her life story and following the routes that she took so many years ago.

Marian L. Jasper was born in Hertfordshire and worked in the publishing industry within that area for many years. On the sale of her company, she moved to Jersey in the Channel Islands and eventually owned a small telecommunications company which served all the islands. She and her husband now live near family in Mandurah, near Perth in Western Australia.

A great read from start to finish, I couldn't put my kindle down. Incredibly well written and obviously very well researched. The heroine led a life well ahead of her time in mind and body. This historical romantic adventure kept me on the edge of my seat. I can't wait for the author to publish the next edition. I think this could also make a brilliant film. In addition I haven't read a book for a while and this has started me researching new books to read. Brilluant Marian Jasper !

Just finished reading ''For all Time'' and absolutely loved it!! The book is very well written and researched, it fires the imagination of times gone by. The main character Liza certainly leads a very interesting, colorful and action packed life. You become immersed in the story and the lives of many characters who endure love and hardship.
This book has reignited my love of reading and I'm impatiently waiting for the second book to be published.

This book covers the early adult life of Liza Marchant - and what a life that was! She has many twists and turns in the first few years of her married life and travels from Belfast to America in the mid 1800s. It is a real page turner and you get completely involved with all the characters. I am sure this is the first of many books and I cannot wait to catch up with Liza's adventures in the future!

For All Time by Marian Jasper is an epic tale of love, loss and the challenges and hardships lived during the 1800's. It follows the early adult life of Liza Marchant and her journey from Belfast to America with a large array of characters and situations that influence her course. Marian sets superb scenes of Irish beauty and the lavish lifestyles of the upper-crust to the harsh American wilderness in the early stages of settlement all laced with great historical detail which really lets the reader visualise the adventure unfolding. I cannot wait to see where the next chapter takes Liza in the second installment.
