I was kindly sent this book by Austin Macauley in exchange of an honest review.
This book is about a 13 year old girl who is packed off to summer camp so her parents can go on a couple retreat. Much to Harriet's disgust!
It starts by explaining about Harriet and how she is a nature loving teenage misfit nicknamed Halitosis Harriet, she is a keen explorer desperate to discover a new species.
By day she is socially awkward resulting in a lot of misadventures but by night, she is out on the hunt for a new discovery, however she didn't quite expect to encounter the Hoblins. She will certainly never forget this summer camp!
I think this is a great book that all children should read as it shows them that anybody can be a hero, they just have to believe in themselves first.
