A young man strives to handle three women in his life: his mother, sister and lover.

Wanting desperately to be forgiven and be loved by his family, he finds consequences out of his control when strange spiritual events occur. This story is set in a time and place when men were judged on their good behaviour.

Janet Dwyer lives in a rural town in South Taranaki, New Zealand, under a beautiful mountain overlooking the Tasman Sea, where she and her late farmer husband raised three exceptional children. An interest in genealogy led to an observation of and interest in people that resulted in her becoming a real estate manager and also a tutor of art and craft at a local polytech.

Her intense love of writing poetry emotionally inspired her to write simple fictional stories.
