Short & sweet chapters you can enjoy. LeBrun is a true storyteller, making me literally laugh out loud throughout the book! Her voice and hilarious perspective on life made my day everytime. I think about her stories often even weeks after finishing the book. I can't wait for her to come out with more!

Finally a female version of Max Tucker/David Sedaris!! Laura’s ability to speak the truth about everyday topics in a hilarious manner captivated me the entire book!! I can’t wait to read the next one and can only anticipate it will be longer!

Laura LeBrun presents I Don't Like Your Kids (And Other Things I'm Afraid to Admit) an utterly hilarious blend of memoir and comedy, as well as an irreverent and scathing indictment of the bizarreness of everyday life. LeBrun openly confesses her personal travails (such as falling in love with a con man who literally stole thousands of dollars from her) with refreshing candour that makes one want to laugh, then cry, then laugh again. Highly recommended!
