Book Description
Jesta, the playful puppy, has his cosy early morning ‘lie in’ disrupted when the King is due to visit the area to open the new town centre. His family has been especially chosen to stand near the front of the procession, so Jesta has to go to the parade with them.
Jesta really doesn’t like getting up early, so he decides to have a little nap while the procession passes by. That is until the King needs a hero and Jesta races to the rescue.
Being a hero, Jesta also finds out why he had to get up so early for the King’s visit.
