Book Description

The grandfather-granddaughter team of Ike Cobb and Kit Castleman are at it again. Hired to represent the husband and prime suspect in his wife’s murder, Kit discovers love. As the consequences of the deadly curiosity of the victim unfold, numerous suspects must be investigated by an entertaining duo of detectives. One is left to conclude not to pursue every curiosity without substantial forethought. The result could prove deadly otherwise.

Reared in Tennessee and educated at Harvard College and the University of Tennessee Law School (where he was Editor-in-Chief of the law review), Sidney Davis spent 43 years as a litigator based in New York City. He handled litigations in 24 states and tried cases in New York, Florida, Texas, California, Alabama, and Washington DC. Known by many of his peers as ‘the father of accounting defence’ for his extensive work for three major accounting firms, Sidney began writing novels in his eighties in an effort to entertain his wife, as well as keep her mind sharp.
