Mr Mchooligan needs to move his family. In the distance, he can hear the chainsaws and he knows that the trees he calls his home are falling. The humans are approaching.

Where will they live? A journey takes them to find a surprising new home to share with a human.

A heartwarming story of a friendship between a family of orangutans and a lady. A perfect book for developing kindness and trust towards animals which can be shared with the whole family.

Born in Sri Lanka to second-generation tea planters, Susie had the freedom to grow up in a vibrant environment enriched by tropical vegetation and wildlife. Her imagination was stimulated by her surroundings. Holidays were spent making her own adventures and camping, with elephants drinking from a waterhole only feet away. Susie entertained her own children with stories inspired by her childhood experiences and now has chosen to share this with others. She is passionate about the need to educate children on being kind to animals, protecting animals in their natural habitat and developing a child’s imagination so that they can do so as they grow up.
